On September 13, President Li Xiaolin met with Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc of Vietnam during his visit to China. CPAFFC President Li Xiaolin met with Secours Populaire Francais (SPF) delegation in the Main Building in CPAFFC at 11 A.M. on September 12.
