On September 6, Mr. Joseph Kahama, the Secretary-General of the Tanzania China Friendship Promotion Association (TCFPA), Mr. Francis Semwaza, the well-known columnist in Tanzania,?and?Mr. Joseph Kazambe, the Chinese translator for H.E.
