Yang Wanming, male, Han ethnicity, was born in March 1964. He holds a postgraduate degree and a Ph.D. in Law. He is currently president of CPAFFC and secretary of its Leading Party Members Group. He also serves as the president of China International Friendship Cities Association, deputy to the 14th National People’s Congress, and member of its Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee.
