Deputy Director General SHEN Xin of European Department met with Mr. Kurt Karst, President of Federation of German China-Associations (ADCG), on March 8th. Two sides exchanged opinions in-depth about cooperation in the fields of “2018 Karl Marx Year”, the winter sports, local governments and people-to-people dialogue.
