President Li introduced the history and function of CPAFFC as well as important activities that the CPAFFC has carried out in promoting China-U.S. sub-national exchanges and friendly relations. She expressed the hope to enhance the cooperative relationship between China and California.
John Chiang expressed his gratitude to the CPAFFC and said that the purpose of this visit was to facilitate cooperation between California and China in infrastructure and transportation, hoping that the two sides will learn from each other to promote common development.
