On October 20, CPAFFC President Li Xiaolin met with the delegation led by H.E. Mrs. Matilda Y. Amissah Arthur, spouse of the Vice President of Ghana, who is paying a visit to China at the invitation of CPAFFC.
President Li Xiaolin welcomed the delegation to visit China and briefed Mrs. Matilda on CPAFFC's work on African affairs, especially the 2nd Forum on China-Africa Local Government Cooperation which is to be held next month. She said that CPAFFC hopes to work with the Ghanian side to promote the cooperation in all fields and further friendship between the two peoples.
Mrs. Matilda extended her thanks to CPAFFC for invitation and reception, and expressed the will to maintain communication with the CPAFFC, so as to enhance bilateral exchanges in areas such as culture and education.
