On February 13, Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang met with Mme.Ginni Rometty, President and CEO of IBM Corporation in Beijing. President Li Xiaolin of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries attended the meeting.
Vice Premier Wang said China would stick to reform and opening-up, and promised to offer an open, transparent and equal competition environment for foreign investors. He said he hoped IBM would build closer and long-term strategic cooperative ties with China.
